Environment and Quality

Our recent accreditation to the national environmental management standard ISO14001 shows that we are serious about minimizing our impact on the environment. Our commitment to quality will be reinforced in 2008 as well, with the implementation of ISO9000:2001. We expect this to be in place towards the end of the year. Wish us luck!

New Capacity

Churchill Cylindrical Grinder, swinging up to 1066mm diameter.
Snow LOS Horizontal Spindle Surface Grinding Machine. Capable of lengths up to 4000mm!!!
Churchill UC4 Planetary Grinding machine capable of internal diameters up to 1000mm by 2100mm deep. This is the only machine of its size and type in the UK!

Recent Refurbishments

Snow PP96 horizontal-spindle surface grinding machine. Offering parallelism and flatness to within 0.025mm over its entire table area.

2440mm long by 915mm, although it is capable of grinding widths up to 1000mm.

We are expecting the welcome return of our FULLY REFURBISHED, 18ft between centres, cylindrical grinding machine in the latter part of 2007. Watch this space for pictures of her, she's looking good...
